Would recommend for a trip

Clean facility, friendly staff, our visit was enhanced by the convenient location just across the street from the mall and nearby restaurants.

No smoking area outside the entrance was a problem.

The breakfast offered a variety of hot options and was prepared by an incredibly friendly staff member. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, with debris found under the bed and unkempt surfaces. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed disengaged and could improve their service to match the quality of the food provided.

Indoor pool maintained at a great temperature. Check-in process disorganized and took longer than expected. Breakfast options were varied with fresh fruit and make-your-own waffles.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn in Monaca. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for my family. The breakfast options blew me away. Everything was fresh and well-stocked. We appreciated having microwaves and refrigerators in the room. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. However, I did notice a couple of issues. The indoor pool felt a bit too cold, which was not ideal for swimming. The ice machine on our floor didn't work, and I had to go to another floor to find one. Overall, a great visit but some small inconveniences that could be fixed.

We had a lovely stay here for 3 nights, especially enjoying the awesome hot breakfast and the beautiful lobby. The kids loved the indoor pool and the cozy game room during our downtime. Just a heads up, the sofa bed wasn't the best, but it didn't stop us from having a great time! 😊
